Yesterday was my first appointment, and I truly feel like I’m in very good hands. The doctor took his time and addressed every concern I had about my health and overall well-being, which was such a breath of fresh air. In the past, I’ve had experiences where my concerns weren’t fully acknowledged, so this meant a lot to me. He has an excellent bedside manner, ordered all the necessary tests, and gave me real peace of mind that I’m going to be okay.
The phlebotomist was also incredibly kind. I usually hate getting needles, but I didn’t feel a thing, which made the experience so much better. I already have a follow-up appointment scheduled for next week, which is amazing because normally you have to wait a month or longer after your first visit. They made sure I was seen right away.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Tammy, who helped me schedule my appointment—she was so kind and helpful over the phone. The receptionist was just as warm and welcoming. Honestly, everyone there is professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office itself is clean and inviting.
I’m so happy and truly feel blessed to have finally found a doctor who genuinely cares. I look forward to continuing my care here.
